1. Scope and contact
This Privacy Policy applies to the Logiora AI mobile application, website, and support services. Privacy and deletion requests may be sent to privacy@logiora.ai.
2. Content you provide
We process prompts, negative prompts, reference images, generation settings, feedback, and other material you choose to submit. These inputs are used to provide text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, and image-to-video features. Generated images and videos may be stored when you choose to save them or when temporary storage is needed to deliver a result.
3. Account, device, and usage data
If accounts are available, we may process your email address, account ID, authentication status, saved projects, and preferences. We may also process app version, device type, operating system, language, approximate region, IP address, generation events, feature interactions, error reports, performance data, and security signals.
4. How we use information
- Process prompts and references to generate requested media
- Deliver, save, and synchronize creations when those features are enabled
- Operate generation limits, credits, or subscriptions if offered
- Detect prohibited content, fraud, abuse, and technical failures

5. AI providers and other service providers
Prompts, reference images, and generation settings may be sent to contracted AI-processing providers. We may also use providers for cloud hosting, storage, authentication, billing, diagnostics, content safety, and support. They may process information only to provide contracted services or as otherwise disclosed in their own applicable notices.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use private uploaded media for third-party advertising.
6. Content safety
We may use automated systems and, where necessary, authorized review to detect illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, child sexual abuse material, deceptive impersonation, infringement, or other violations. We may block a request, remove content, restrict an account, or preserve and report information when required by law.
7. Retention and deletion
Inputs and generated media may be retained temporarily to complete requests, support downloads, prevent abuse, and resolve failures. Saved projects remain until you delete them or your account, subject to limited backup, security, transaction, and legal records. You may request deletion using the contact above.
8. App permissions
Network access is required for online generation. Logiora AI may request access to photos, videos, files, or the camera only when you choose to import, capture, or save media. Notification permission may be requested for optional generation-status updates. You can change permissions in Android settings.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. We may verify your identity before completing a request. You may also remove saved creations within the app where that control is available.
10. Children, security, and international processing
Logiora AI is not directed to children under 13 or a higher local minimum age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We use reasonable safeguards, but no service is completely secure. Information may be processed outside your country with protections required by applicable law.
11. Policy updates
We may update this policy as features, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version, and material changes will be communicated where required.
