1. Agreement and eligibility
By using Logiora AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must meet the minimum digital-consent age where you live and have authority to accept these Terms.
2. The service
Logiora AI offers text-to-image, image-to-image, text-to-video, and image-to-video tools. Models, limits, formats, processing time, and availability may change by app version, device, language, region, or service capacity.
3. Your inputs and outputs
You retain rights you hold in prompts and uploaded material. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, reproduce, modify, and process inputs solely as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, we do not claim ownership of your generated outputs.
You are responsible for confirming that you may upload, transform, save, publish, and commercially use any input or output.
4. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use Logiora AI to create or distribute child sexual abuse material; non-consensual intimate imagery; deceptive impersonations intended to cause harm or fraud; unlawful extremist or exploitative content; harassment; material that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights; malware; or content otherwise prohibited by law. You may not bypass safety systems, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
5. Generated media
Outputs may contain artifacts, errors, bias, or unexpected similarities. We do not guarantee originality, accuracy, non-infringement, or suitability for a particular or commercial purpose. Review outputs and obtain any permissions needed before publishing or sharing them.
6. Accounts, credits, and purchases
If accounts, generation credits, or subscriptions are offered, keep credentials secure and review the purchase terms shown before payment. Purchases made through Google Play are also governed by Google Play billing and refund rules. Digital generation resources may be consumed when processing begins, subject to applicable law and the terms displayed at purchase.
7. Enforcement
We may block requests, remove content, restrict features, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, investigate misuse, enforce these Terms, or maintain service integrity. Serious illegal content may be preserved and reported as required.
8. Intellectual property
The Logiora AI software, interface, website, and branding belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not permit copying, modifying, reselling, or distributing the service except where expressly authorized.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular creative result. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages where exclusion is lawful. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
